Life at River Bend
River Bend is designed around the way members spend their time here. Days can start on the Potomac, continue at the pool or around the park, and end with neighbors, family, and friends. Recreation, gathering spaces, seasonal activities, and everyday conveniences are all located within the community.
The Potomac River is part of everyday life at River Bend. Members enjoy boating, fishing, tubing, jet skiing, and time along the water throughout the season. The River Bend Boat Club maintains the community boat ramp, providing participating members with convenient access to the river.

There is plenty to do without leaving the park. River Bend features three swimming pools, an 18 hole mini golf course, basketball and tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and additional outdoor recreation spaces for members and their guests.
The pool complex includes a toddler pool, lap pool, and activity pool.

April through October
River Bend's regular park season runs from April through October, giving members months to enjoy their property, the Potomac River, recreational facilities, community activities, and seasonal services. It is a place to spend weekends, summers, and time with family and friends while enjoying your own property within the River Bend community.

April through October
From April through October, River Bend comes alive with activities that bring members, families, and neighbors together. Community traditions have included holiday celebrations, golf cart parades, outdoor movie nights, car shows, bingo, youth activities, seasonal gatherings, and other events organized throughout the park.
The schedule changes from season to season, but the goal stays the same: creating opportunities for members to spend time together and enjoy the community they call their home away from home.
