Where we are
The park is on a peninsula along the Potomac in Falling Waters, West Virginia. The gate is staffed all year. Water, sewer, and other utilities run during the park season.

River Bend Membership Corporation is the lot owners' association. Dues pay for operations and upkeep. Members vote on the bigger decisions.
